Precision industrial equipment illustrating Magic Way transport technology

Technology / system overview

Controlled movement.
Electric by design.

Magic Way brings propulsion, track, containment, carriers and controls together as one concept for sustainable and efficient goods transport.

Technical principles

A connected system, not a standalone vehicle.

The concept uses linear motors to propel purpose-designed carriers along a defined track. The moving carrier does not depend on a conventional onboard drivetrain or traction battery.

Each application must be configured around its payload, route, transfer points, throughput needs and operating environment.

Up to 250 kgIndicative capacity on a single carrier, depending on use.
800 × 600 × 600 mmReferenced carrier volume for an e-commerce configuration.
0°–90°Route gradients referenced by the concept, subject to configuration.

System anatomy

Six parts working as one route.

Performance is shaped by the relationship between the payload body, magnetic assembly, containment, track, propulsion and control layer—not by any single component in isolation.

Technology questions

You might wonder.

What drives the technical concept?

Magic Way treats hardware, controls and operational integration as one system. The aim is to help teams evaluate efficient electric logistics rather than present an isolated component. See more FAQs.

What speed can the system operate at?

Speed depends on route design, payload, energy objectives, transfer interfaces and safety requirements. A practical operating point should be selected for each application rather than applying a universal maximum. See more FAQs.

What is the maximum item size?

The source concept references a carrier load volume of 800 × 600 × 600 mm for an e-commerce configuration. Other body designs would require assessment against the payload and route.

How much can one carrier hold?

The concept references loads of up to 250 kg on one carrier, depending on the intended use and system configuration.

Does every carrier need a traction battery?

The propulsion concept places linear motor infrastructure along the route, so the carrier does not rely on a conventional onboard traction battery and drivetrain.

How is a route evaluated?

Evaluation begins with the goods, origin and destination, throughput, physical constraints, transfer points and evidence required to establish feasibility.
